1. Introduction

Welcome to Pregrad! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of the Platform

2.1 Eligibility

To use our platform, you must be at least 15 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

2.2 Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2.3 User Obligations

You agree to:

- Use the platform in a lawful manner.

- Respect the rights of other users.

- Not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the platform.


3. Course Enrollment and Payments

3.1 Enrollment

To enroll in a course, you must complete the registration process and pay the required fees. By enrolling, you agree to attend at least 70% of the regular classes to qualify for certificates and exams.

3.2 Payments

All fees are non-refundable once you have Paid and onboarding has initiated. Payments must be made through the approved methods on our platform.


4. Marking the Grade

4.1 Attendance

You must aim for at least 75% attendance in regular classes to receive your certificates and qualify for exams.

4.2 Conduct

You must be polite and professional towards mentors and program managers. Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the course without a refund.

4.3 Assignments and Projects

You must complete all assignments and projects given by your mentors. This is essential for your learning and growth.


5. Placement Cell

5.1 Attendance

100% attendance in placement cell sessions (starting from the second month, every Thursday) is mandatory.

5.2 Commitment

Once you apply for an internship opportunity, you must complete the entire selection process. Backing out will result in being blacklisted from the placement cell.

5.3 Internship Applications

If you are selected for a company, you cannot apply for other upcoming internship opportunities.

5.4 Exam Eligibility

You must score at least 70% in the phase exams to be eligible for placement drives. Phase examinations will be conducted 15 days after course completion.

6. Certification Eligibility

6.1 Program Completion

To be eligible for program completion and project completion certificates, you must:

- Attend at least 75% of sessions.

- Complete and submit all assignments, hands-on challenges, and projects.

- Update your LinkedIn profile and resume.

6.2 Partner Certifications

For programs including certifications from IBM, Meta, Intuit, Tally, Certiport, or any other partner, you must:

- Successfully pass the exam conducted by the respective partner.

- Complete all projects and assignments and attend the sessions in the program/course given by pregrad to be eligible for exam for certificate.

Pregrad reserves the right to withhold exam credentials if you do not meet these requirements, and no fees will be refundable in such cases.

7. Conduct and Communication

7.1 Group Spam

Students must not spam groups on WhatsApp or within the app. Doing so can result in removal from the course with no refund given.

7.2 Raising Concerns

For any issues related to the course, mentor, peer, or any other aspect of the learning experience, students must use a positive and friendly approach to raise concerns directly with the batch manager or moderator. If the batch manager does not respond, students can raise complaints at support@pregrad.in.

8. No Refund Policy

All fees are non-refundable once you onboarding has initiated.

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided on the platform is the property of Pregrad or its partners. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

- Upload or transmit viruses or other harmful code.

- Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

Pregrad is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services.

12. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found [here].

13. Termination

Pregrad reserves the right to terminate your account for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the platform and return any proprietary information.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.
